Conditions:
- No smoking inside the house.
- No pets allowed.
- Check-in: from 02:00pm to 08:00pm.
- Check-out: from 08:00am to 10:00am.
- Check-in and check-out outside this hours has be pre agreed and are subject to a surcharge.
Payment terms:
- A 30% of the full amount is request upon booking.
- Payment of the full amount has to be made within 60 days from arrival.
- We accept wire tranfers and major credit cards.
